Crestone Residential is a real estate development and investment company specializing in Affordable Housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits ("LIHTCs"). We actively manage several funds with interests in a nationally diversified real estate portfolio comprising of >5,000 rental units across 45 apartment buildings.

Our mission is to provide attractive, risk-adjusted returns for our investors, while addressing the communities' needs for affordable housing and providing clean, safe communities for our tenants.

Senior management has over 40 years of experience in real estate, with deep knowledge of the LIHTC industry. Its principals include accomplished executives with broad experience in all aspects of real estate investment including acquisitions, development and management.
